The course was great. You can take your time and really understand the material for each segment of the course, and the small quiz's were very helpful. The final exam was on Zoom with the instructor Julie who was exceptional. I was a bit nervous at first, but Julie made you feel relaxed and made the whole experience enjoyable.

j'ai été obligé de suivre ce cours, et je n'étais pas enchanté d'avoir a m'y mettre, mais, a mon plus grand étonnement, j'ai adoré. J'ai beaucoup aimé la dynamique du cours, les lectures, les exemples, le ton était bon et agréable. Je recommande ce cours même au secondaire. J'ai appris pleins de trucs intéressants et que j'ignorais. J'ai aussi vu qu'il n'y a pas seulement des ingrédients que l'on ne peux prononcer mais des noms de bactérie aussi !! Bravo a vous, vous avez su capter mon attention du début a la fin.

J’ai eu l’immense bonheur de suivre le cours de 12 heures avec M. Didier Girol. Formation bien ficelée mariant matière, humour, expériences et exemples concrets. Bien vulgarisé et expliqué de manière à une compréhension complète dès la première écoute. Vous serez extrêmement bien préparé à votre examen. I just finished my food establishment manager training. If I could give it 10 stars, I would. The program is very well structured and has a combination of videos and audio-assisted readings (text-to-speech). It has resources to download (forms, guides, and other helpful stuff), and links to important government websites to reference regulations. More important than the program is the instructor, Julie. You can tell that she is really committed to the success of her clients. She answered all my emails super quickly, booked my exam within a couple of days, and was such a lovely person during the exam. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to get the certification.
